Angela Scanlon brings unique style to day three of Wimbledon

Irish presenter and entrepreneur Angela Scanlon was among the celebrities spotted at day three of the 2026 Wimbledon Tennis Championships at the All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club in London, England.

Scanlon, a former stylist and the founder of jewellery brand frkl., is well known for her colourful fashion choices, and today was no different.

Rather than opting for tennis whites, the Ratoath native opted for a vintage Burberry blazer over a pair of blue shorts from Align and a nude top.

She paired the look with a striking pair of yellow-rimmed sunglasses from Lissiman, black heeled sandals from H&M, and a boxy red handbag from Tusting.

Jewellery is from her very own brand, frkl.

Other celebrities spotted on the day include Irish golfer Rory McIlroy, singer Frankie Bridge, and actor Richard E. Grant, but it was tennis star Naomi Osaka who wowed us in the style stakes.

The Japanese athlete made her way to the second round of the Ladies’ Singles Competition on No. 2 Court during the Wimbledon Lawn Tennis Championships wearing an intricate white belt with a matching tulle train.

She wore this over a custom Nike jacket with applique florals and a matching frill skirt.

The day before, the tennis pro wore the same belt alongside an incredible outfit inspired by traditional Japanese ceremonial dress, designed by Tokyo-based designer Hana Yagi.

“I like to use fashion as a medium for storytelling,” she told British Vogue of her eye-catching looks. “Every walk-out is an opportunity to bring people into my creative world.”
