The match at Dallas Stadium, in Texas, United States, kicks off at 3pm (20:00 GMT).
The group is completed by Sweden and Tunisia, who play each other in their opening games on Monday.
Japan are the record four-time winners of their continental crown, while the Dutch have lifted the European equivalent once.
Argentina are the defending champions, having lifted the trophy at Qatar 2022, and begin their tournament against Algeria on Wednesday.
