Indeed, the task master who takes on his new assignment, does face a gruelling task of imparting the core nexus of necessarily performance enhancing skills to whipping up a nation to optimum winning ways drawn from sn extensive coaching career dating back to Australian sheffield shield cricket to coaching the Bangladesh team.
By and large, the tall order of creating the ultimate turnaround to a side brimming with confidence, but short of the sword edge fire power to matching the giants in the game will be a testing job the 62-year old task master will be taking on. Literally putting on the muscle on the starry eyed, – bar the experienced skipper who has played a virtual single handed role in putting her country on the world map- not short of talent but seeking that iron sharpness that would make them world beaters.
