Golf legend Tiger Woods and Vanessa Trump’s new found romance has gone public, after the pair have reportedly been ‘quietly dating for several months.’
The pair’s romance is said to have begun last year, with Vanessa’s ex spouse Donald Trump Jnr. thought to be ‘cool’ with her new relationship. Vanessa was married to the son of the President of the US Donald Trump for twelve years before filing for divorce in 2018.
Vanessa and Tiger leave just 20 minutes apart from each other in Florida, and were spotted together at a golf tournament last month. Several sources have now claimed the pair are dating and have been since last year. The pair both have respective children in the same school, with Vanessa and Donald Trump Jnr.’s daughter Kai, 17, and Tiger’s children Charlie, 16, and Sam, 17, all attending The Benjamin School.
This is thought to be Vanessa’s first high profile relationship since she split from Donald Trump Jnr. in 2018, in an uncontested divorce. Vanessa filed proceedings in March 2018 in New York City, with Page Six revealing at the time they had been leading “separate lives”. The outlet said in 2018: “The problems have been there for a long time, the couple had hoped to stay together during the president’s time in office, but it is getting harder to resolve their issues,” said one source.
Vanessa and Donald Trump Jnr. were married for 12 years and share five children in total – Kai, Donald III, Tristan, Spencer and Chloe.
The couple were initially introduced by friends hoping to set them up before they eventually went on their first date. In 2004, Don Jnr. proposed to Vanessa, who was a model and actress at the time, with a $100,000 engagement ring.
The couple were married at Mar-a-Lago in November 2005, with their wedding very nearly called off due to weather with Storm Wilma in full force. However it wasn’t only weather that threatened the couple’s big day as the wedding marked one of the rare occasions when Donald and his new wife Melania came face-to-face with his ex-wife Ivana.
In the years that followed their marriage, Vanessa shrank back from the spotlight instead preferring to focus on raising the couple’s children, who were all born within seven years of each other. The couple’s split came in 2018, with Don Jnr. said to be ‘cool’ with Vanessa’s new romantic partner.
For Don Jnr. his next relationship after Vanessa saw him engaged to former Fox News host Kimberly Guilfoyle, who is now President Trump’s Ambassador to Greece. However last year it was revealed he was now dating West Palm Beach socialite Bettina Anderson. The couple took their relationship public in December 2024, after his father’s 2024 election win.
