The tour was officially announced by Sri Lanka Cricket’s Media Division a day ago.
This bilateral series forms part of Sri Lanka Cricket’s (SLC) ongoing initiative to promote and strengthen women’s cricket among ICC Associate Member Nations, fostering international exposure and competitive opportunities for emerging teams.
The series will commence on 2 November at the NCC Grounds, Colombo, ”
It will be followed by matches on 3, 5, 7, and 10 November at both NCC and Colts Cricket Club Grounds.
The tour is expected to provide valuable experience for both teams, with the young Sri Lankan squad gaining exposure against an established international side, while Malaysia continues its upward trajectory in the women’s cricket arena.
