Frustration and disappointment were evident on India pacer Akash Deep’s face as the 28-year-old repeatedly beat the bat, particularly against Steve Smith, during the third Test of the Border-Gavaskar Trophy in Brisbane.
Having missed the first two Tests, Akash Deep was brought in to replace Harshit Rana. He impressed immediately with magnificent line and length, keeping fans at The Gabba on the edge of their seats.
