Virat Kohli has shifted his base to London, and whenever there are no matches, he goes back to the European city to join his wife, Anushka Sharma, and their two kids, Vamika and Akaay. In the first Test between Australia and India in Perth, former Pakistan captain Wasim Akram was seen having a conversation with Kohli before the start of the proceedings.
Their friendly conversation made Jatin Sapru curious, who urged Akram to reveal what they were discussing.
“I can’t reveal everything, but I wanted to know about his family and how England is treating him. He told me that the place allows him to go for walks, as is the case with me here in Australia. He is a big star in India and is followed by fans wherever he goes. Virat also needs privacy to be himself and this is what he gets over there,” Wasim Akram said.
