The High Commission of India in Colombo has announced that the outsourcing service provider IVS Lanka for visa, passport and consular services will operate only till October 31, 2025.
The High Commission said all visa, passport and consular services will be handled directly by the High Commission of India (Colombo), Assistant High Commission (Kandy) and Consulate General of India (Jaffna) from November 3, 2025.
