Patrick J. Adams isn’t keeping his love for Troian Bellisario a secret.
And on her 40th birthday, the Suits alum went a step further, sharing a photo of the Pretty Little Liars alum in her—birthday suit.
“I don’t know how you do it all or how I got so lucky to do it with you,” the actor wrote on his Instagram Oct. 28, alongside a photo of Troian lying naked by a pool, alongside their dog Beans, “but I’ll take every damn drop I can get.”
The 44-year-old continued, “Happy birthday @sleepinthegardn – you are the gift that literally never stops giving and everyone lucky enough to know you feels it. You always move forward, no stone unturned, no sleep ‘til Brooklyn, no rest for the wicked, no ifs, ands or buts, no harm, no foul, no guts, no glory. All heart. All hustle. All love. Always and in all ways.”
In addition to the nude pic, Patrick also shared photos of the On Call alum sitting in an ice bath, hiking with him in the mountains, lying in bed next to their daughter Aurora, 7, and sitting with who appears to be the couple’s daughter Elliot, 4, on a yoga mat on the deck of a lake house.
Earlier this year, Troian explained how she and her husband balance life and work to maximize time together.
“I feel like our great fortune in both being working actors is why we have such a good relationship,” she told New Beauty in an interview published in January. “In the beginning, when we first got together, we were both on shows at the same time of the year and had similar schedules. It just happened to be that they were in different cities.”
She continued, “But we understood what the other was going through. We had endless amounts of empathy, and while we felt frustrated that we couldn’t be with each other as much as we wanted to, we both knew that it was for good reasons: We both wanted the other to work. Since we’ve had kids, it’s worked out pretty nicely with our jobs.”
