Nearly one year after the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum filed for divorce, her ex hard launched his new romance on social media.
In a photo shared on his Instagram Stories Oct. 27, Edwin, 48, posed in an all-black formal ensemble as he wrapped his arm around his female companion, who matched him in a black floor-length gown with revealing cutouts. The entrepreneur tagged his date—who appears to be named Elsa—writing, “About last night.”
Meanwhile, Teddi, 44—mom to kids Slate, 13, Cruz, 11, and Dove, 5, with Edwin—has also dipped her feet back in the dating pool in recent months. Back in June, she revealed she’d started dating a new man who was “taking good care” of her amid her battle with stage 4 cancer.
“He’s nice,” she said on an episode of her and Tamra Judge’s Two Ts In a Pod podcast. “He’s not married, he doesn’t have any kids.”
While the reality star never revealed her mystery man’s identity, the relationship didn’t last long. She shared that they broke up just one month after going public, citing her health struggles as a main reason for the split. (Teddi has since shared that she now has “no detectable cancer” in her body.)
“It started getting to the point where it was starting to get a little bit more serious, and I was like, ‘I don’t have the capacity for this right now,’” she told cohost Erika Jayne on their Diamonds in the Rough podcast in July. “I don’t feel my best, so when I have downtime, I want to rest.”
Teddi announced her separation from Edwin in November after 13 years of marriage, explaining that she made her decision “after a great deal of care and consideration.”
“My priority is my children,” she wrote in a post on Instagram at the time, “and ensuring that every care is taken with their privacy and wellbeing throughout this new chapter.”
