Arnold Schwarzenegger’s Son Christopher, 28, Shows Off Massive Muscles After 30-Lb. Weight Loss

The 28-year-old son of Arnold Schwarzenegger and Maria Shriver—who revealed earlier this year that he’s lost 30 pounds—showed off his sculpted arm muscles in a white tank top while on a trip to a pumpkin patch in Brentwood, Calif. on Oct. 27. Fittingly for his new bulked-up look, he also appeared to be drinking what appears to be a protein shake.

Christpher was in uncle mode for the day, carrying up to three pumpkins at a time as he was spotted at the festive fall outing with his sister Katherine and her husband Chris Pratt, as well as their daughters Lyla, 5, and Eloise, 3. (The couple also shares Ford, 11 months, although he was not pictured.)

The outing had the associate producer putting his fit physique on display after he spent years dedicated to his weight loss journey. In fact, he recently shared what inspired his transformation, calling it “a big process.”

“I started in 2019 when I was living in Australia. I was on this big trip. I made it a big [deal] like, ‘Oh, I’m going to go out and do all this stuff in Australia,’ and I just saw how much my weight was prohibiting me from doing the everyday activities,” Christopher said during a May appearance at the Beacher Vitality Happy & Healthy Summit. “I was like, ‘I want to go skydiving.’ And my friends were like, ‘Yeah, no shot.’ I was like, ‘Yeah, I can’t skydive.'”

Ultimately, the youngest child of Arnold and Maria—who share Katherine, 35, Christina, 33, and Patrick, 31, while Arnold also shares Joseph Baena, 27, with his former housekeeper Mildred Baena—shared that it’s been a long evolution for him.

“It’s not an overnight thing, but it took a lot of trial and error,” he added. “And even still to this day … when you’re saying, oh, before and after photos … I don’t feel like I’m an after yet. I don’t feel like I’m at the point.”
