Mike Tyson is done fighting … or at least he is if his wife Lakiha “Kiki” Spicer has her way.
Following a disappointing performance against Jake Paul back in November, Tyson said he was interesting in continuing to fight. But according to “Iron” Mike’s son Amir, Kiki is vetoing that idea.
“I think he’s done,” Amir told Seconds Out. “My step-mom, she’s saying he’s done, and they’re a team. That’s husband and wife stuff.”
Tyson was reportedly paid around $20 million to fight Paul in what became the most streamed sporting event in history with 65 million Netflix accounts tuned in. That’s good money and great ratings, but his performance was so bad that in-denial fans (including Rocky Balboa himself) accused Mike of pulling his punches and letting Jake win.
Amir — who you may remember as the reporter Tyson kissed before baring his buttcheeks for the world to see — dismissed the fight fixing allegations.
